About Us

Toyowest is a full service car care facility that specializes in Maintenance rather than Repairs. What that really means is this; we take the Pro-active approach to car care as opposed to the Re-active "waiting for something to repair" approach. Maintenance means “maintaining” your vehicle and doing all the necessary maintenance by servicing it before it breaks down. Today’s high tech vehicles require a competent experienced person to ensure that you get the most out of your automotive investment. The cost of repairs today can be overwhelming, costing hundreds if not thousands. Experience tells us time and again that 90% of all failures can be traced to a root cause “lack of maintenance”  

Our friendly knowledgeable staff of experts is here to answer all your questions. We strive to help customers understand the how and why maintenance and repairs need to be performed by explaining it all in simple layman’s terms without all the technical jargon. Through education our goal is to remove the confusion and intimidation from automotive service & repair.

Inspections

We will perform a courtesy inspection on your vehicle each and every visit along with a personal consultation on any recommended maintenance or repair. Our goal is to empower customers with information about your vehicle so that they can make informed decisions about their vehicles car care.

In addition to performing a vehicle inspection we’ll provide you with a written evaluation for your review. We can even send it to you via email or fax along with pictures upon request describing the needed maintenance or repairs.

Technicians

Toyowest employs only technicians who display the highest level of standards for the customer and the industry that we represent. Technicians are ASE certified in all phases of repairs including mechanical, electrical, advanced level master as well as Toyota or Lexus factory trained. 

Records

We document all services and repairs; our advanced computer software allows us to create a confidential customer vehicle service file that ensures good record keeping so you don’t have to.
