       Our standards are very high when it comes servicing and repairing vehicles. Our commitment to ongoing training and certifications allows us to operate at these standards. The National Institute of Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) is the only organization in the country that measures technician competency by periodic ongoing testing.   

We are members of the Automotive Service Association. Since 1951, ASA has been the leading organization for shop owners & managers in the Automotive service Industry that strive to deliver excellence to consumers. ASA is the largest non-profit trade association of its kind. Presently, it serves over 12,000 businesses and over 50,000 professionals from all segments of the automotive service industry.   

Toyowest has been a proud member of the Central/Northern Arizona chapter of the Better Business Bureau since 1991. As a result of our zero complaint track record we have been awarded the prestigious accredited business recognition.  Awarded to only a hand full of business that display their outstanding commitment for delivering consistent high level customer service.

We are an Alldata Certified Service Center Specialist. This prestigious award is given to qualified repair facilities demonstrating competence in one of the largest automotive computer data information systems

Toyowest is recoginized by the National Institute of Automotive Service Excellence as being a Certified Blue Seal Service Center. This elite accomplishment is only awarded to handful of service facilities across the country having 80% of their technicians certified
